Albertan Memories

This purpose of this commission was to capture the memory of a collector who had moved away from Alberta. She wanted to have a painting that celebrated the time that she lived there and the hikes that she did in Alberta’s Rockies. She sent me some photos of her hikes, then we worked together to decide a desired colour pallet, then I sent updated photos of the painting so we could make edits to the painting together until it was perfect.
